Women's Counselling, Referral and Education Centre Website Design Project
WCREC is a feminist, anti-racist, anti-oppression community-based mental health agency which has been providing free services to Metropolitan Toronto and the surrounding area since 1976. When Plasmalife was approached to create a website for WCREC we decided to use illustrations by, mainly, well known female illustrators, that used empowering and sensitive imagery, given the serious nature of the content. Illustrations by Jody Hewgill, Jose Ortega, Lorraine Tuson, Sandra Dionisi and Julia Breckenreid.
